Problems

Firstly, the internal diameter of the eyelet is about 7cm which is HUGE. It lets a lot of light in and there is an awkward gap between the rod and the bottom of the eyelet. Second, there are only 8 eyelets fitted to a standard width curtain. This means that the folds are very deep (about 15cm) which means that the rod needs to sit at least 15cm back from the window or sheer curtain in order to operate correctly, in my case, the sheer is pushed aside every time I open and close the curtains. Thirdly, I don’t appreciate being lured in with inaccurate delivery dates…5-6 days turned into five weeks. In the interim, I received lots of pro forma emails and texts updating me on progress. I sent an enquiry email which took days to get an answer. The response intimated that delivery was imminent but it arrived more than a week after their response and ten days after my initial enquiry. At the time of the order, delivery was offered as free over $500, but delivery of almost $50 was charged. Lastly, my advice, don’t offer an annoyed customer a paltry discount on the “next order” as the chances of them returning are very slim.
