Add-on Heavy Weight Natural

I am really really happy with my curtains!!! They were done quickly and the communication about their creation and posting was wonderful! I was never left wondering what was happening. When they arrived they were EXACTLY as I wished them to be. I love them!

While the fabric is heavier, for which you pay extra, the quality is not great. There are a lot of slubs on the face of the fabric and weave is course. It looks more like old fashioned hemp cloth. I am very familiar with all kinds of linen so I know that It is possible for a heavier weight linen not to have these problems. The result is that the curtains look VERY rustic. I had intended on putting these in my lounge, but frankly, they just don’t look good enough. Instead, I have put them up in a room that we use as storage. Also, I don’t appreciate being lured in with inaccurate delivery dates…5-6 days turned into five weeks. In the interim, I received lots of pro forma emails and texts updating me on progress. I sent an enquiry email which took days to get an answer. The response intimated that delivery was imminent but it arrived more than a week after their response and ten days after my initial enquiry. At the time of the order, delivery was offered as free over $500, but delivery of almost $50 was charged. Lastly, my advice, don’t offer an annoyed customer a paltry discount on the “next order” as the chances of them returning are very slim.

The curtains ordered arrived quickly and they are perfect! I will definitely order from this company again, I’m very impressed with the quality of the curtains and they were packaged beautifully too - Thank you 🙏
