Add-on Off-White Heavy Weight

We recently received our order of a fitted linen sheet in extra heavy linen.
Thank you for the updates on the process. I hadn’t anticipated it worked like that.
I am happy with the thickness of the linen and the selling point for me was that this fabric is not stonewashed. Stone washing in my experience with buying linen sheets considerably reduces the texture, but also the longevity of the sheets; both cons for me. I must say I’m enjoying sleeping on the heavier weight fabric for the fitted sheet. It doesn’t crumple and move as much as lighter weight fabric does.
May I say though that I was surprised by the quality of the elastic used around this sheet. It is much thinner than the casing and a heavier weight fabric in my experience as a seamstress always demands a wider and more robust elastic. I can replace it myself when it fails but I was disappointed to see this thin elastic on the sheet.
Also, I didn’t remember reading anywhere that the sheet would be sewn with side seams because the width of the fabric is not wide enough for a QS sheet. I wasn’t expecting this for the price and it does create another wear point as linen seams are notorious for giving and flexing with use. There is no reinforcing to support the inner seam.
I was expecting something with these basic standards as noted above.
I don’t wish to return the sheet because it all feels like too much of a nuisance at this point to return it.
But please know that small improvements in your quality control would create a much more professionally finished product.

Perfect luxe looking linen fabric.

This is my second order from 3HLinen. The quality is really beautiful and they are also well-priced. I would have rated 5 stars however, they took one month to arrive which was disappointing as we needed the blockout curtains for the bedrooms of our Airbnb property. I would have valued more transparency around delivery times rather than the 5-6 days promoted on the website.
